How I made these characters:

Blonde (In front)- Shirt and arms were digital cut outs, the face was drawn from scratch with Prismacolor and AD Chartpak illustration markers. The drawing was scanned and the body and head were juxtaposed digitally.

Morbid fellow in the back: Was created with cut outs and Opaque (Paint) Decocolor and Sharpie markers.

I save all of my "characters" as PNG files and I use them when needed. Such as in the video below.
